Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. However, your satisfaction means everything to us: If your order arrives damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost. 

Do you ship outside the U.S.? 

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the U.S. 

Can I edit my order after placing it?

We totally understand - sometimes plans change! Because our product are custom-made and we start production quickly, order changes are only possible within the first 2 hours after purchase. If you need to update a photo, text, or shipping address, please contact us right away at Lovemagnetstx@gmail.com with your order number. 

If production has already begun, we may not be able to edit the order - but we'll always do our best to help find a solution. 

What file types and resolution are recommended for best print quality?

JPEG/PNG, at least 300 dpi. 

Do you offer bulk or event discounts?

Absolutely! We love working with weddings, quinceañeras, and businesses. Reach out with your quantity and date - we'll create a custom quote that fits your budget. 

How do I care for my magnets?

Great question! Avoid harsh cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to keep your memories vibrant for years. 

Do you offer local pick-up? 

Yes! We are located in the North Dallas area.
